All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled except as provided below. Returns & Exchanges: Customers have the right to return most items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which provides full instructions for initiating a return, shipping items back, and receiving refunds.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping and customs duties are not included unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the carrier. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed promptly according to the Refund Policy.
